People lose stablecoins every day for a reason that has nothing to do with hackers: the sender picked the wrong network. A plain QR code can't prevent that, because it only holds the address.
TokenQR makes a QR card instead, for USDT, USDC or any other coin or token on 11 networks. It shows the token, the network in a bright band, and the address split into easy-to-check groups.
How it works
- The page loads once. After that, everything happens in your browser, except one background request that carries the address for the checksum re-check.
- Your address is checked on your device. TRON addresses and mixed-case 0x addresses have built-in checksums, and TokenQR verifies them.
- The QR code and the card image are drawn on your device. Nothing is uploaded.
What TokenQR doesn't do
- It doesn't hold, send or receive money.
- It doesn't ask you to connect a wallet or sign anything. Ever.
- It can't reverse or trace payments.
